Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All items are made to order.

We Do Not accept Returns, offer Exchanges or provide Refunds.

Please allow at least 10-12 business days for your order to be printed and additional time for it to be shipped. ( Typically 2-3 Weeks from date of order). Refer to our Shipping Policies page for details.

Sizing Issues

Each item is made to order. As a result we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds based on the wrong size, style, or item ordered. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Our items are Unisex fit. We always recommend sizing up if you are unsure. Measuring a shirt you own to compare to the size chart is your best bet for choosing the correct size. 

Please note Sizes can vary within 1-2 inches of the size charts measurements. And all manufacturer sizes are approximate.

We do our best to include a size chart in each listing, and additional charts on our Apparel Size Charts and Measurements page. We primarily use Bella and Canvas Unisex T-shirts, though also have several designs on Gildan and Anvil products. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to submitting an order or need help with sizing.

Color Variations

We do not accept returns, offer exchanges or provide refunds for wrong color ordered. As computer/ phone screens have different color and brightness settings, and shirts are photographed in a variety of lighting situations. We do our best to represent each color available in our product listings, by using Manufacturer provided stock photos of those colors. We additionally also include customer photos to help show the product in a real life setting. 

Cancellations

Cancellations for any order must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot accept cancellations after the order has started to print. 

Defective or Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your item such as a defect in the garment, the wrong design was printed, or we printed on the wrong size or color, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can replace the item with the correct/non-defective item.

Delayed or Lost Items

We additionally do not offer refunds, or returns for items arriving late or lost in the mail please see the Shipping Policies page for details.

Digital Items

Digital Items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. We do our best to show real-life examples of the sheets included in each package for you to review prior to purchase.
