EU Right of Withdrawal Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Customers residing in the 27 EU countries affected have the right of withdrawal for online orders made internationally.
The 14-day right of withdrawal — customers can return or cancel within 14 days of receiving their last item, no reason needed. Please see the link below to initiate a request.
Return shipping — The customer pays for return shipping and is charged a 10% restocking fee.
Refund timeline — EU law requires refunds within 14 days of receiving the return
Exceptions — All goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, including but not limited Custom Orders and Digital Downloads are UNABLE to be returned.
