Shipping Policies

Please Allow 2-3 Weeks to Receive Your Order
Since every item is made to order we cannot offer rush printing. Often our orders are processed quickly and ship fast but we cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date in order for it to arrive before your vacation so please plan accordingly.
Upgraded Shipping
If you would like expedited shipping, please choose Priority Shipping or higher offered at checkout.
Address Errors
If you have supplied us with an inaccurate address, an incomplete address or an address that prevents the postal service from delivering your items we are not liable for shipping costs to re-ship your order, once it is returned to us. Please double-check addresses associated with your account prior to purchase. 
Disney Resort Shipping
We are able to ship items directly to your Disney Resort. Please share the exact address of the resort, the name your reservation is under, and the dates of your stay. Note, Disney may charge a fee to receive packages at your resort. 
Multiple Shipments
If you purchase multiple items they may arrive separately.
Delivery Delays
Please give your post office the appropriate time to deliver your item. Delivery delays are common and could take up to a week longer than the estimated delivery range. 
Lost Packages
We are not responsible  and cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local post office to make a claim, and search for your item.
