Shipping Policies

Shipping Information

All items are made to order and take approximately 10-12 business days to go through the printing process. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please Allow 2-3 Weeks to Receive Your Order

Since every item is made to order we cannot offer rush printing. Often our orders are processed quickly and ship fast.

We Cannot Guarantee Arrival of Orders by a Certain Date or Deadline.

Please shop early. If you are up against a deadline, please reach out via email at polkadotpixiedust(@)gmail(dot)com to double check your order as soon as it’s placed. As we can check once your order is in the printing queue to see what the delivery estimate may be.

Multiple Shipments

If you purchase multiple items they may arrive separately. 

Shipping Times

Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. This includes 10-12 business days for printing and ample time for carriers to deliver your items. Standard and Flat Rate shipping typically takes a week. Other options when available will appear on the checkout screen, and you are welcome to pick the shipping that is best for you.

We do not keep stock on hand as all items are made to order and printed at a professional printer. As such, we cannot offer pickup. Address locations proximity to our home location in Cleveland, Ohio will not be delivered faster as all orders are printed out of state.

Upgraded Shipping

If you would like expedited shipping, please choose Priority Shipping or higher offered at checkout. We cannot, however, guarantee arrival by a certain date. Note, paying more for shipping will not necessarily get it to you faster.

Address Changes

If an address or size change must be made please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Address Errors

Please double-check addresses associated with your account Prior to Purchase.

If you have supplied us with an inaccurate address, an incomplete address or an address that prevents the USPS from delivering your items we are not liable for replacing the orderWe are additionall not liable for shipping costs to re-ship your order. If an item is returned to our printer, we will reach out with a link to the additional shipping listing you will need to purchase for us to re-send the order. 

Disney Resort Shipping

We are able to ship items directly to your Disney Resort. Please share the exact address of the resort, the name your reservation is under, and the dates of your stay. Disney may charge a fee to receive packages at your resort. 

Delivery Delays

Please give your local USPS office the appropriate time to deliver your item. Delivery delays are common and could take up to a week longer than the estimated delivery range shown on your tracking. 

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delivery errors. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items lost or delivered to the wrong address, or sent to an innacurate address. We are unable to replace packages that have been "Delivered" per tracking, but you cannot find. However, please reach out as soon as you notice a delay or stalled tracking, as we may be able to help in some way. Additionally, please contact your local USPS post office to make a claim, and search for your item.
