We sporadically offer sales throughout the year. You can Sign up for our Newsletter in the pop-up box on this website, on our blog or visit us on Instagram @polkadotpixieshop for information on our sales, and access to discount codes we share.
Note that ALL Sales are run on EST time, and typically go until 11:59 PM EST the last day of the Sale.
Shop Closings
Polka Dot Pixie Shop closes annually the second Sunday in December, and remains closed for the Holiday Season.
We are CLOSED 9pm EST December 15, 2024 - January 1, 2025. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be received. Any item needed before January 20 2025, must be ordered by December 15, 2024.
If you are shopping for New Years, runDisney Marathon, or Festival of the Arts,we recommend you order by December 10th, ALL designs for those events are released well ahead of that date.
Holiday Shopping Deadline | Wednesday, December 5, 2024
The Last Day for Christmas Delivery is December, 5, 2024. While orders will be accepted until closing on December 15th, please shop early to have the best chance for receiving your order in time. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Please see our Shipping Information page for details.
Shop Closed for the Holidays
All Orders placed by closing on December 15, 2024, will be printed and sent out by our printer, even though we are closed. We will not, however, be available for any new orders or new questions.
The shop will re-open January 2, 2025. As a courtesy to customers with open orders through our closure we will be available via email at polkadotpixiedust(at)gmail.com.
If you have a current order with us, you will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please reach out to us if you notice a delay or stalled tracking, as we may be able to help in some way. Additionally, if you have shipping questions, delays or issues please reach out to your local post office.
Delivery Delays
Please allow at least 2-3 weeks to receive your order. And give your local USPS office the appropriate time to deliver your item. Delivery delays are common during the holidays and could take up to a week longer than the estimated delivery range shown on your tracking. We cannot guarantee arrival by a certain date, and recommend you order EARLY.
Last Minute Shopping
All items are made to order; therefore, we cannot accommodate rush orders, custom orders or guarantee arrival of orders by a certain date.
We do have a few select items that are ready to ship. These items still require shipping time. Visit our Ready to Ship Collection.
We Do Not accept Returns, offer Exchanges or provide Refunds. Please Order Responsibly.
If you are buying a gift, consider purchasing a Polka Dot Pixie Shop Gift Card instead. We offer gift cards in $10, $25, $50 and $100 dollar denominations.
Shipping Costs
While we do our best to offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, shipping costs are based on weights of the items in your cart, and your delivery location. If ordering multiple item types, like a mug, a sticker, a shirt and a face mask, the shipping costs will naturally be higher. Shipping costs have gone up across the country so you may see this reflected in your cart.
- Paying a higher shipping cost does not guarantee a faster delivery.
- We cannot guarantee arrival of any orders by a certain date.
- Carriers are not guaranteeing arrival of any order by a certain date.
- You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All items are made to order.
We Do Not accept Returns, offer Exchanges or provide Refunds.
Please Order Responsibly.
If you need to cancel an order you must reach out within 12 hours of placing the order.
If you need help choosing your best size, please see the size charts in each listing. Compare the measurements against a shirt you already own. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds base on the wrong size ordered.
