As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to share some information regarding shipping, products, discounts and options that can help inform your purchases with our shop.
All carriers are dealing with shipping delays across the country. Regardless of shipping price paid, Please allow at least 2-3 weeks to receive your order. We’ve additionally seen delays of a week or more after estimated arrival, as well as tracking number errors that show item’s delivered ahead of actual delivery. We have little if any control over items after they leave our printer. Please reach out to your local post office if you are waiting on an item that has not arrived. As they are responsible to get the item to you once it leaves our printer, they would have the latest and most accurate information regarding the location of your orders.

Last Minute Shopping
All items are made to order; therefore, we cannot accommodate rush orders, custom orders or guarantee arrival of orders by a certain date.
We do have a few select items that are ready to ship. These items still require shipping time. Visit our Ready to Ship Collection.
We do not accept returns, offer exchanges or refunds. If you are buying a gift, consider purchasing a Gift Card instead. Visit our Gift Card Collection for cards in $10, $25, $50 and $100 dollar denominations.
Holiday Shopping Deadline
December 3, 2021 is the deadline for deliveries by Christmas. We cannot guarantee arrival of any order by a certain date. With delivery delays across carriers, if you want to give yourself your best chance of receive your orders in time for the holiday, order by November 30th at the latest.
Shop Closed for the Holidays
Polka Dot Pixie Shop is CLOSED December 12th - January 2, 2022. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be received. Any item needed before January 22, 2022, must be ordered by December 12, 2021.
We will not be available for any new orders or new questions. If you have a current order with us, you will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you have shipping questions, delays or issues please reach out to your local post office.
The shop will re-open January 3, 2022. As a courtesy to customers with open orders through our closure we will be available via email at polkadotpixiedust(at)gmail.com.
While we do our best to offer a variety of shipping options at checkout, shipping costs are based on weights of the items in your cart, and your delivery location. If ordering multiple item types, like a mug, a sticker, a shirt and a face mask, the shipping costs will naturally be higher. Shipping costs have gone up across the country so you may see this reflected in your cart.
- Paying a higher shipping cost will not guarantee a faster delivery.
- We cannot guarantee arrival of any orders by a certain date.
- Carriers are not guaranteeing arrival of any order by a certain date.
- You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We DO NOT accept returns, offer exchanges or refunds.

If you need to cancel an order you must reach out within 24 hours of placing the order.
If you need help choosing your best size, please see the size charts in each listing. Compare the measurements against a shirt you already own. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds base on the wrong size ordered.
